APKIM RESOURCES was founded in 1993 by the late Ustaz Abu Bakar Hashim, a distinguished Singaporean community activist who held various positions such as President of Syariah Court, President of PERGAS, Chairman of Madrasah & Mosque Management Board and Fatwa Committee member. Since its inception, APKIM has been dedicated to supporting individuals and families through a wide range of services, fostering well-being and resilience within the community.
